In the beginning of Juniper’s career he sold 50 pieces in his first art show, was sponsored by Paul Deane photography, won a National Geographic award in his first competition. In his second competition, two of his five photos were selected for editors picks within LensCulture. As a result, Juniper gained the confidence to have his work showcased in fine art galleries.

Juniper’s work speaks for itself. He does not indulge in AI or composites. His portfolio contains work from Kootenays BC, Vancouver BC, Haida Gwaii, Alberta, Greece, Türkiye, Hungary, Varanasi, Kerala, Mumbai, Morocco, Spain, Indonesia, Borneo, Mexico, Paris and Cuba. Juniper currently lives in the Slocan Valley of British Columbia with his three daughters.

” Words are bound by inference and dogma; They can be generic, manufactured, ubiquitous, predictable and finite. They can steal or spin a clear observation of what a good photograph is conveying.
